Went to Radcliff KY Advanced auto parts store- Ordered a new radiator and got it today, paid almost $200 cash for the radiator and antifreeze. Paid $179.99 for a mechanic to put it in. After he put it in the fitting where the lines go in there is a big bolt with a seal behind it evidently it had no seal so there for antifreeze sprayed out everywhere. Called the store, closest radiator they have is at the outerloop in Louisville KY, They told me that I have to go get it and they would give me 10% off which is $17.00, that won't even pay my gas. I now have a car with a radiator that leaks worse than the one that was in it. I will be out and extra 16 dollars for antifreeze, $50 in gas and labor of $170, total for all cost out of pocket is $600 dollars. Customer service here at advanced auto parts stinks and I own a business in radcliff and will definantly put the word out, I don't do business that way and either should they. All I asked for was for them to go get the radiator and bring it to the radcliff location and they couldn't even do that, very poor business I don't know why they have two business vehicles out front if they don't use them. I also asked for a district managers voicemail number due to it being the weekend I felt I could at least leave a message of course they would give me the name of John Burton but not a office or store number to reach him, VERY SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!
